Michelle Duke Essex

Michelle has an extensive NHS background in various roles, starting out as a medical secretary and then Private Patient Manager in a surgical specialty and latterly in Financial Management.

Michelle is a full member of the AAT.

Medisum currently provides billing services to consultants in the following specialties – orthopaedic, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, colorectal, ENT and anaesthesia.

Kerry Johnson

Kerry worked in the NHS for 15 years as a Medical Secretary in various specialties and continues to work as a part-time, self-employed private medical secretary.

Kerry joined Medisum in April 2022, assisting in the day to day duties and administration, with a focus on social media management.
